中新经纬2月28日电 据香港媒体《星岛日报》消息，新一份《财政预算案》28日发表，据悉，楼市“辣招”将全面撤销，包括取消买家印花税（BSD）、新住宅印花税（NRSD）及额外印花税（SSD）。此外，《预算案》亦会宣布增加烟草税，是连续两年调高。
