忆及卡特，美国弗吉尼亚大学名誉教授雷朴实(Bruce Reynolds)在接受中新网采访时表示，卡特为人正直、聪颖，他训练有素，且做事尽心尽力，是一个以事实和分析做判断的人。

Jimmy Carter, who served as the 39th president of the United States from 1977 to 1981, died on Dec. 29, 2024, at the age of 100. Among Carter's many diplomatic achievements during his presidency, perhaps the most notable was promoting the establishment of diplomatic relations between the U.S. and China.
Recalling former U.S. president Jimmy Carter, Bruce Reynolds, a professor emeritus from the University of Virginia (UVA), told China News Network that Carter is a man of morality, intelligence. He is well-trained with committed attitude throughout his career. Besides, he is a man believed in facts and analysis.
Reynolds further pointed out that Carter is committed to making peace all his life and he is persisted in doing right things. He added that it is Carter’s courage that makes the establishment of the diplomatic relations between the U.S. and China possible, In the eyes of Carter making peace represents doing right things . 据公安交管部门介绍，行业电动三轮车的驾驶人需遵守道路交通安全法律、法规关于机动车、摩托车、正三轮摩托车的通行规定，并按照道路交通信号灯、交通标志、交通标线和交通警察的指挥通行。这些车辆禁止驶入高速公路，二环路、三环路、四环路、五环路等城市快速路主路。除从事行业作业外，不得在高速公路、城市快速路辅路及同方向划有三条及以上机动车道的道路（含辅路）行驶；从事行业作业时，可短距离借用最外侧机动车道行驶，但应在最近的相交道路驶入、驶出，设置有主辅路的只准在辅路最外侧机动车道行驶。对行业电动三轮车交通违法行为，公安交管部门将依法纠正、处罚。
也有人经过考虑后选择了放弃“商转公”，邢先生是其中之一。“因为我的房贷已经还得差不多了，去公积金中心咨询后一算，转后的利率差也就1%左右，总共省不了几万块钱。工作人员也建议，如果房贷还剩下十几、二十几万元的话，利息其实基本都还完了，转的意义不大。”
“打个比方，按照规则，100万元的房票可以买125万元的房子，出房票的基本都会再给一些折扣，如果再打个8折到85折，算下来就是80万元能买到125万元的房子，哪怕楼盘户型不太好，我觉得对于资金稍微紧张的买房人来说还是比较合适的。”苗先生说。
