当地时间2024年12月29日，美国前总统卡特逝世，终年100岁。卡特担任总统期间的诸多外交成就中，最引人注目的当数推动中美建交。
忆及卡特，美国弗吉尼亚大学名誉教授雷朴实(Bruce Reynolds)在接受中新网采访时表示，卡特为人正直、聪颖，他训练有素，且做事尽心尽力，是一个以事实和分析做判断的人。
雷朴实指出，卡特一生都在倡导和平，始终坚信应该做正确的事，他的勇气有助于推动中美两国建交。卡特坚信，这些举措是正义之举。(薛凌桥)
Jimmy Carter, who served as the 39th president of the United States from 1977 to 1981, died on Dec. 29, 2024, at the age of 100. Among Carter's many diplomatic achievements during his presidency, perhaps the most notable was promoting the establishment of diplomatic relations between the U.S. and China.
Recalling former U.S. president Jimmy Carter, Bruce Reynolds, a professor emeritus from the University of Virginia (UVA), told China News Network that Carter is a man of morality, intelligence. He is well-trained with committed attitude throughout his career. Besides, he is a man believed in facts and analysis.
Reynolds further pointed out that Carter is committed to making peace all his life and he is persisted in doing right things. He added that it is Carter’s courage that makes the establishment of the diplomatic relations between the U.S. and China possible, In the eyes of Carter making peace represents doing right things . 证券时报e公司讯，2023年年底，财政部印发《关于加强数据资产管理的指导意见》的通知，明确提出了数据的“资产属性”。进入2024年，地方政府掀起了成立数据资产管理公司的热潮。记者通过天眼查平台查询，以国有企业、一年内成立、数据集团等关键词来检索，共有183家相关企业成立。地方政府的热情其来有自：一是政策的推动；二是入表后的数据能作为资产融资了。一些先动起来的地方政府，已经利用数据资产从当地城商行获得了融资。2023年以来，在财政收入紧张和土地出让金下滑的双重压力下，数据资产入表成为一个可以缓解压力的工具，一批“数据城投”——数据资产管理公司——也应时而生。
不过，记者查阅特斯拉中国官网发现，关于上述功能的提示字样仍为“稍后推出”。“APP上已经更新，官网还未更新。”特斯拉中国相关工作人员回复记者称。
“并非所有数据都有价值。”肖光睿说，确定数据是否具有交易价值，需要从几个方面进行评估，分别是市场需求、数据质量、法律合规性、成本与收益分析、竞争环境等。
